all just feels too much, doesn’t it? Stress seems to come at us from every
direction and sometimes the feeling of overwhelm can feel like too much to
bear. As with so many things though, the only way out is through and we rarely
have the luxury of just downing tools and having the tantrum we feel we
deserve. We end up soldiering on, getting things done while feeling a bit
rubbish and wishing someone would just come and give us a big hug and tell us
it’ll all be ok.
we’re fed up with work, stressed over our children’s school reports or just
tired of the daily grind, we all get to that point sometimes where we’ve just
had enough; we want to just sit down and have someone take responsibility for
us for a change.
Stop. Take a
deep breath. Inhale some comfort and solace. Things will feel better after a
good night’s sleep.
